Ground. Release. Restore.

A one-person studio built around unhurried sessions, honest pressure, and bodywork shaped to whoever is on the table that day. No packages, no upsells, no scripts. Just an hour that you’ll still feel tomorrow.

Your first session

What to expect, start to finish.

First time? Here is the shape of an hour with me, so there are no surprises.

  1. One

    A short conversation

We talk for five minutes about what is going on, how you slept, where you hold tension, what you want from the hour. I ask about medication, injuries, anything I should know.

  2. Two

    Settling in

You undress to your comfort level and get onto the warmed table under fresh linens. I step out while you settle. The room is dim, quiet, and scented lightly, never heavily.

  3. Three

    The session

I check pressure a couple of times early on and adjust. If anything does not feel right, say so. Silence is welcome. So is talking. Both work.

  4. Four

    A gentle finish

I leave you a few minutes to come back to yourself. Water, a warm cloth, and a short note on what I noticed during the session, so you have something to work with afterwards.

Meet Bee

Bodywork shaped to the body in front of me.

I am Bee. I run a small, quiet studio designed to actually feel like somewhere you want to be. Deep greens, soft light, warm linens. No strip-lit spa cliches, no hurry.

Most of my regulars came in because a shoulder hurt, a back seized, or a week got away from them. My job is to listen, with my hands as much as my ears, and shape the session around what your body is actually telling me. That is it, really. Nothing mystical, just careful, honest work.

Inside the studio

One quiet green room.

Questions I get a lot

Straight answers.

I am not really a "wellness" person. Is this still for me?
Honestly, probably yes. Most of my regulars came in because their back hurt, not because they wanted a ritual. Zero pressure to buy oils, candles, or anything else on the way out.
Do you do proper deep pressure?
Yes, and it is most of what I do. I check pressure a couple of times in the first few minutes and adjust from there. "Deep" does not mean "painful," and you are always welcome to ask for more or less.
I have never had a massage before. What do I do?
Message me and say that. I will pick the right first session, talk you through what happens on the day, and keep the first conversation relaxed. You undress to the level you are comfortable with. The rest is covered by linens throughout.
I am pregnant, post-surgery, or on medication. Can I book?
Message me first and we will talk it through. I do not treat first-trimester pregnancy, and there are a few medications I will want to know about. Most other cases are fine with a small adjustment.
What is the cancellation policy?
24 hours notice, no charge. Inside 24 hours, the full session is charged, since as a solo therapist I cannot fill a last minute gap.
Do you do mobile visits?
Yes, within roughly five miles of the studio, as long as there is a table and a clean, warm space. Add £15 for travel. Same menu, same prices.
